FOODBIOMES researchers at the NextGen Omics International Conference FOODBIOMES participated in the 12th NextGen Omics International Conference that was held in London last week. 

🚀 The effects of a novel probiotic strain on the gut microbiota of healthy mice and

🚀 the development of a strategy for the in-silico characterization of potential probiotic strains based on whole genome sequencing

were the key research findings presented by our researchers (Lydia Angelopoulou, Konstantinos Tegopoulos, MSc, Maria Grigoriou, George Skavdis).
