📣 An Outstanding Seminar by FOODBIOMES!
We are thrilled to announce that George Paraskevakos, Executive Director of the International Probiotics Association, will be here with us on 24th of July 2023 to deliver a seminar entitled “Probiotic considerations: from Bench to Market and Everything In-between”.
🚀 This seminar will take students along the value chain of probiotics, the largest Food and Dietary Supplement category with the VMS space.
We will explore a rapidly evolving field from different perspectives. We want to provide an insight and better understanding of the field from a scientific basis for these products, key regulatory and manufacturing considerations and finally consumer perspectives.
Oversight will be provided on basics from R&D, to formulating products, Quality considerations, Manufacturing, and Labelling to Commercialization.
📆 The seminar will take place on 24 July 2023 12:00 – 14:00 at the Department of Molecular Biology & Genetics, Alexandroupolis.
