Information – Clarifications:

In the Laboratory of Developmental Biology & Molecular Neurobiology of the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics you will find well-trained staff, as well as all the necessary equipment you will need to perform whole genome sequencing of a microorganism. You will be able to bring your microbial culture and our research team will help you with all the steps of our in house methodology : genomic DNA isolation, DNA quantitation, library preparation, library quantitation and genome sequencing and bioinformatic analysis of data. At the end of the process, you will receive the raw data and the results of the analysis. All necessary reagents and materials will be available to enable you to complete the procedure. You are allowed to sequence one sample.
